Tour / hotel / car cancellation policy

Cancellation of tour must be informed minimum of 3 days before the actual date of tour in case of failing to inform, we will charge 50% of the actual payment.

Cancellation of a booked hotel must be informed two days prior to the date booked. In case of failing to inform, you are expected to follow the policy of the particular hotel regarding cancellation.

Cancellation of a booked car must be informed prior to the day of travel. In case of failing to do so, please note that  we’ll charge the full payment. In the meantime we will also inform a day prior to you, if the booked car is not available.
